After a Particularly Good Walk at the Reservoir

The trillium are out.  Trillia?  Anyhow, here are a couple shots of them as they now appear at our local reservoir park.

The dogs got a pretty good walk around the place.  One indicator of a reasonably good and taxing walk is when panting Chloe gets that nice hook at the end of her tongue while on the drive home.  That's the sign of a decent workout.

I love the carpet of trillium, Ben. They look so pretty. The picture of Chloe made me laugh. Sounds like it was a great walk! :-)

Don't think I've ever seen Trillium around here. That looks like a very happy dog!

Margaret, head out to Shenandoah National Park. They have a trillium festival one weekend when they are all out.
