It's Friday, and that means "weird objects" around this sector of the blogworld. So here is my contribution for this week. What is it?

It looks like a cross between a tool and a monsterous horseshoe
It is neither! Guess I should mention it is only about 2-3 inches long.
You didn't tell me you were in the mob. Brass knuckles?!
I was going to say it's something to knock the mud off the bottom of your shoes, but it's too clean and pristine.
I give up.
Wait-Don't you use that for tricky shots in pool? It goes on the end of a stick, doesn't it? Or maybe I'm just crazy.

We have a winner.
Yep, it goes on the end of a stick, and you can rest your cue stick on top of one of the three indented areas for those across-the-table shots that are hard to reach.
Yep, Sis, you've been hanging around the pool halls again, and that P for Pool rhymes with T and that means Trouble...
That is one wild looking egg cup. Mine is ready for posting toworrow.
Is that egg cup a muppet? Kind of has a Simpson-like look to it, too.
We think it's a Muppet or a Sesame Street character. No tell-tale marks or labels on it, though. We have no idea where we got it.
I would not have guessed that was something for playing pool. It looked like a piece of jewelry to me.
Cool egg holder. I recognized him from the muppets.
